Due to the new
difficult illness ¡°SARS¡± that has hit China over the past seven months and
its influence cannot be removed in near future, with the agreement of the
Secretary of International Institute of Welding (IIW) on 2 June 2003, China
Welding Society (CWS) has hereby cancelled the 2003 IIW Asian Pacific
International Congress for September 2003.
The
cancellation of the congress comes with much regret and we hope does not cause
any undue inconvenience for you as expected participants.
