Aims of IFWT 2005

IFWT 2005 aims to serve as a platform and a meeting place for the people from companies, industries and universities who are devoting technical and research activities in the field of Energy Engineering, to interchange the knowledge, the experience and the technologies, to present the achievements and research results in recent years. IFWT 2005 will also provide you with opportunities to:

—Highlight the state-of-the-art welding technologies in the energy equipment manufacturing;

—Personally interact with engineers, delegates, leaders from Chinese energy and manufacturing industries;

—Shape new & reinforce old business relationships, Introduce new products, technologies or services to Chinese market.

- Key welding technologies and the Features of equipment manufacturing in energy industry.

- Welding R & D for high alloy steel, special steel and heterogeneity material in energy industry.

- Manufacturing technologies for boiler, pressure vessel and other important welding structures in power station.

- Quality assurance, reliability and life evaluation technologies for component and equipment in power station.

- Applications of advanced welding processes, sophisticated materials and consumables to the electrical power construction in nuclear power, thermal power, water power and wind power stations.

- Advanced technologies of maintenance and reparation for power station.

Submission of paper

All papers must include the title of the paper, abstract, full name of the principal author, co-authors, affiliation, 3-5 keywords, contact phone number and e-mail address. It is also required for each paper submitted in WORD format in English and in the form of CD-ROM, Disk or by e-mail. The paper should be submitted to us Before July 30, 2005. If the paper is accepted, the organizing committee will notify the author of the acceptance.
