Cancellation
of Participation, Accommodation and Tours
For
cancellation received before Aug.1, the fees will be refunded in full and
processed after the Congress;
For
cancellation received between Aug.1st and Aug. 30th,
80% of the total fees would be refunded;
For
cancellation after Aug.30th, no refunds will be made.
